Every league has one guy who turns a normal weekend into a multi-platform investigation. This case starts with drive-in food math, golf club money, deleted texts, and a group chat that should have stayed muted.
The alleged scam was simple enough to sound fake and specific enough to sound real: somebody needed cash, somebody promised a golf-club-related payout, and somehow Sonic became part of the financial timeline. By Monday morning, half the group chat was demanding receipts and the other half was pretending they were above the drama while refreshing the thread every four minutes.
The Charges
